So, we have decided to issue this post for your awareness and warn you to not handover your valuable Degree, Diploma, Educational and other documents to any agent who is not authorized by Royal Consulate / Embassy of Saudi Arabia and Saudi Culture Mission. we recommend you to follow the below precautions before handing over your documents to any agent. 

1. Inquire about the character of that agent. 

2. Visit their office (if possible). 

3. Make sure the agent is authorized by Saudi Consulate & Saudi Culture for Attestation purposes. 

4. Do not handover the documents to any agent who commit you to attest your documents without fulfillment of requirement supporting documents (Contract Agreement / Job Offer Letter, Request Letters etc.)

Requirement and Procedure for Saudi Family Visit Visa / Iqama Visa (for Pakistanis Only)

You are in Saudi Arabia and want to issue visit/iqama visa for your family members, the requirement and procedure to accomplish this mission is appearing herein below: 

1. You need to attest the Marriage Certificate / Nikahnama (either issued by Nadra or Nikah Registrar Form) from the Saudi Consulate. 

1.a: Marriage Certificate/Nikahnama should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Regional Office). 

1.b: After getting attestation from MOFA you must handover the Marriage Certificate to an Agent duly authorized by Saudi Consulate/Embassy and provide them 1. Copy of Valid Iqama, CNIC Copies of Husband and Wife. 

2. If you have a child or children you must attest their Birth Certificates or B.Forms (issued by NADRA) the attestation procedure will be same as mentioned above for Marriage Certificate. 

After getting attestation of above documents, obtain them via courier and move to the concerned department in Saudi Arabia for issuance of Visa of your family. 

After issuance of visa slip, send the same to your family (herein Pakistan) and the next procedure will be done through a company named Eitemad which is authorized by the Saudi Consulate/Embassy for stamping of visas.

REQUIREMENT AND PROCEDURE OF ATTESTATION OF B. FORM AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE FROM SAUDI CONSULATE

The following documents are required:

1. Original Marriage Certificate (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Saudi Consulate)
2. Original B.Form / Birth Certificate (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

2. Copy of CNIC of Wife

3. Copy of CNIC of Husband

4. Copy of Valid Iqama of Husband.

Note: B.Form/Birth Certificate will not be attested if the Marriage Certificate of parents is not attested by the Saudi Consulate.

FOR IQAMA HOLDERS ONLY

Requirement for Attestation of Degree from Saudi Culture / Consulate / Embassy is as follows:

1-    2 Copies of Passport (Stamped by Employer)

2-    2 Copies of Valid Iqama (Stamped by Employer)
3-    Company Reference Letters are required in the name of Saudi Culture and Saudi Consulate/Embassy (attested by Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia). 

4-    Original Job Contract Letter/ Agreement Letter required attested from Saudi Chamber and Foreign Office. 

5-     Original Degree/Diploma attested by Foreign Office and HEC Pakistan (HEC attestation should be online) 

6- Original Marksheet / DMC / Transcript. 

7- Regular Student letter issued by University with university stamp. 

Procedure:

First of all you need to send 1 set of following papers to Saudi Culture in Pakistan via DHL / FEDEX or any other preferred courier service.
